Mr. NIBURANA FREDERIC, Economic Advisor and Director of CBC, is a Professional Accountant and is particularly interested in community development and access to banking services for middle and low income earners.
From 2019 now, he works at Goshen Finance Plc (Rwanda). He successively held various positions in Marketing, Credit Analysist Departments and Branch Manager. He also worked at Dukuze Microfinance in Burundi until June 2015.

Experience in banking sector in both Burundi and Rwanda pushed him to be interested in CBCs (Community Benefit Companies) and their impact in the integration and development of middle and low-income earners. They say it takes a village to raise a child. The same can be said in business, with an entire community of people helping to make it a success. However, to get the most out of this community engagement, you must first understand who your community is.
Through CBCs, the Forum pour la Memoire Vigilante provides low-income or underserved individuals and communities with financial products or services linkage; economic opportunities, beyond job creation in the normal course of business; conserve and promote the environment; improve human health; and promote the arts, sciences and advancement of knowledge.
